omg the third one gave me physically painful second hand embarrassment. i used to suffer from anorexia and for quite awhile after treatment (like, still in therapy etc but no longer in rehab) seeing the calories on menus and such was really triggering, and learning to be ok with it was a big milestone. *HOWEVER* that’s my problem, not any else’s. there are FAR FAR more people that need/benefit from having that info. i can’t even fathom the level of self importance you’d have to have to think and act like that.
Cody your consistent posting has been such a comfort in my life for the past 10 years. Thank you so much for creating this feeling for so many people!! ❤️
6:55 I know someone who used to suffer these sort of mental breakdowns and the absolute worst thing for it is to antagonise the person. That video shouldn't be in a try not to laugh.
Thank you I was looking for literally anyone to even mention that part but somehow no one cares that that man probably just inflicted serious brain damage to himself. I couldn’t even watch it and I’m honestly disappointed that Cody laughed and said now he’s having fun right after that clip and even put it in this video because it’s definitely not funny and I hope karma hits those jerks who were antagonizing him and laughing pretty bloody hard because they are unbelievably heartless and cruel to enjoy watching someone hurt themself like that.
Yeah I don’t know the back story, but I can’t think of a world where it’s okay to encourage someone already hurting themself that’s incredibly screwed up. Really upsetting how despite everyone talking about the importance of mental health, some people find joy in destroying people’s mental health. Glad someone else commented on it, good to have a reminder not everyone is like that.
i’ve got bipolar and autism, both of which cause me to have meltdowns like that. if someone filmed me like that, i’d probably laugh at it after the fact. it was funny. someone else’s mental health is not your problem, unless you’re their doctor.
I wanted Cody to react to the whole video of the guy screaming in the cinema because the audacity of this man when he finally leaves and asking for a free soda is so funny
My dude with his car. I felt that. As a person who sees no reason to life. Sees no purpose in myself and views myself as a burden on this world when he head butted that car I felt that in my soul. All at once he felt the gravity of society, consequences, defeat and anger towards themselves. For a split second he wanted everyone to know he was hurting and wanted to literally do anything to prove he’s not okay. A lot of people may never understand that video and I hope they never do. He just wanted compassion and support but instead got laughed at and ridiculed for a mistake.
the car one really got to me. ive been in mental hospitals and its there that i discovered that some people self harm by hitting their heads against things. its honestly so terrifying and painful to see in real life, and its not much better in video. and the fact that these people are just filming and laughing and making fun of this person while they are very clearly going through an extremely intense and dangerous breakdown is just sickening. i get it, i know if you are distanced from these things it may seem ridiculous and absurd but like,,, just leave them alone??? dont further antagonize them and worsen the situation, that isnt good for anyone. maybe im extra sensitive to this but ive seen shit.
Ahh, I can just see it: Noel being the old man in the clip and Cody being the "cat pervert". It would be such a great sketch even if they just improvised on the spot, lol.

The self-absorbed nature of the girl to come at the waitress this hard for something that is commonplace in restaurants is crazy like is this her first time looking at a menu? Or does she love being the victim that much that her full time job is going from venue to venue to complain about the calories being on display.
It was fake clearly

the lady who was angry about calories on a menu should be in a main character cringe video lol. very similar to the demi lovato frozen yogurt debacle. I’ve had disordered eating at various severities my entire life and I hated when they started putting calories on menus… but that was so obviously a *me* issue. it’s insane how self-absorbed people can be that they expect the world to be catered to them.

Had a lady yell at me for asking for her id. (in my state it's required to check everyones id no matter how old they look) She told me how stupid that was and she said "well i look like im over 21" and i proceeded to say "yes you do but it is a state law and I can get charged for not looking at your id" she kept going on and when they do that i said "you can talk to my manager but they're gonna say the same exact thing" and shocker she said the same thing. Moral of the story customer service people don't get paid enough for the bs they're put through.
Whenever I’m asked for ID a I take it as a compliment! Some people clearly just want to cause a scene for the fun of it.
@@xlifexwithxlithiumxIt’s not just about being old enough, it’s about a legitimized form of ID that isn’t expired or suspended. Still no reason to take it out on service workers. We don’t make the laws or the rules, but we have to enforce them or we can lose our jobs.

It's legally required for a lot of restaurants to display calories now. It became a huge thing after the film Super Size Me came out and highlighted the fact that the nutritional information wasn't easily accessible to the public at McDonalds. Along with the larger portion sizes disappearing and more salad selection becoming more of a thing, listing calories on a menu wasn't done to look good, or fix the problem, but was only done since it became legally required in a lot of places.

Yes, thank you for saying this
Yeah, reminds me of my anger issues. Dude needs help and to let go of it...
the car one really got to me. ive been in mental hospitals and its there that i discovered that some people self harm by hitting their heads against things. its honestly so terrifying and painful to see in real life, and its not much better in video. and the fact that these people are just filming and laughing and making fun of this person while they are very clearly going through an extremely intense and dangerous breakdown is just sickening. i get it, i know if you are distanced from these things it may seem ridiculous and absurd but like,,, just leave them alone??? dont further antagonize them and worsen the situation, that isnt good for anyone. maybe im extra sensitive to this but ive seen shit.

Yeah that's fucked up that the flight attendant did that. Like that's... Gotta be a crime, right?
@@bertschwood ok I looked it up for more info. Apparently the plane was met by police on arrival but no one really knows what happened or if they were charged.
I’m surprised though to find that the uncensored version was posted on news articles and originally on Twitter. Posting the butt crack of someone you don’t know without consent has got to be illegal even though they’re technically in public. Yeah I agree though that the flight attendant doing that is pretty effed up.
when he opened the door yea it’s illegal but if they were in a bathroom being quiet and not doing it in front of anyone i don’t see how that would be illegal. ppl do it on planes all the time and never get arrested or caught 🤷🏻♀️ especially celebrities

I really don't think opening the door is illegal. It's not that different than when people have sex in a pub/nightclub and then the staff chase them out.
