Mark Tremonti is an amazing guitar player - one of the best of our generation. His solos are always well-composed and melodic, and not to mention he is able to write incredible songs and riffs on the guitar. His use of wah is also very tasty - he uses it a lot not to cover up mistakes but rather as a tool to make his tone a lot more interesting and distinctive.
The Bleed It Dry solo does it for me. It's one of the more delicate and.....emotionally nuanced Mark has played, to the point where I thought perhaps Myles might even have been playing it......until I heard the end of it. Regardless: it's a remarkable tonal shift in a chunky, fuck-yeah song, and one of the most well structured and enriching solos I've ever heard. I often just skip the first part of the song just to hear that Myles breathy lead-in and then this solo. Remarkable.
When I first heard it, I honestly thought it was Myles too. It just had so much feeling in it. You can tell when you see him play it, he puts his soul in it haha.

yes there too be fair too many good guitarist but his solo career proves on how crazy his songwiriting skill is not only on guitar but the song structures pretty crazy

His use of half cocked wah sounds is amazing... I have heard people cover the solos note correct and it doesn't "talk" the same. He is literally talking with his guitar the way Bonzo could on drums
