I love that Myles isn't so full of himself that he has no problem asking his tech about his gear. He values the relationships they form with their crew and I respect that a lot.
Thanks for this series of gear videos. The most amusing parts for me are when they're a little slow to describe a piece of equipment, and then they casually say, "I've been using this for nearly two decades." I guess at a certain point you reach a level of familiarity with a tool that you know it by how it feels, rather than clumsy words and labels.
Agreed!!!!. One of my favorite moments from 'Live From Amsterdam' is when Ian Keith (MK's Guitar tech) takes the stage...I love that show becuase of those moments. That's the AB fabric right there
@01:55 On the 21st of December, just when I thought that nothing good would come out of 2020, Kennedy plays a languid intro to Voodoo Child. Yes, I know that Myles mentions that this was recorded in 2017. That doesn't matter because appreciation is rarely instantaneous.
As a big AB fan, I have always wanted to know what the equipment looks like and now I know. I really enjoyed this video, just wish I could've seen more!
Lol I remember this was ages ago when Gear God first put this video out....Myles actually switched to VH4 according to his Instagram post a while ago..
I run all my gear through a Type 2 Remodulator and then reconfigure the Heisenberg Compensators to counter balance any distortion in the EPS conduits. If that doesn't do the trick I retune the phase inducers to align with the hyperspanner coils. That usually does the trick.
But Myles plays a Tele live? And there's a Klon (clone) on his pedalboard. He is also playing through a VH-4, not a Herbert. So this is the 2017 (as Myles states) rig, not the 2019-2020 rig!
Myles: pointing at and talking about all his pedals.
Camera dude: Let's just 100% look at Myles instead...
I completely support that :)
Haha, same thought there. The cameraman is probably a drummer. 😄
Hell yeah... hahaha
I KNOW RIGHT...
Yip totally annoying!
This camera man would film the drummer through the Blackbird solo.
I love that Myles isn't so full of himself that he has no problem asking his tech about his gear. He values the relationships they form with their crew and I respect that a lot.
I've met Myles (and the other guys from AB) 4 years ago.. he is a very quiet and humble guy.. While on stage he kicks ass
Right? Myles is truly a down to earth, humble person. That is rare to have in a rock band
@@Tonymoshier93 No doubt. All of AB is like that even though they are superstars. Incredibly humble guys
The whole band is extremely pleasant. Don’t have a single bad word to say about the times I’ve met them
@@stefansmit4735 He’s seriously the most down to earth guy you could ever meet
Myles playin Voodoo Chile was everything I didn’t know I needed
Being a Herbert user myself, it’s a joy to see how Myles is interacting with the crew. He’s a class act.
“What year is it?” Ahahahah Myles is the best
Alright we all love MK but please cameraman film the GODDAMN pedal board when he shows us things 😅
HAHAHAHAHA
Maybe it's a camera girl. 😉
He did the same with Mark in his rig rundown
There Hiding their tricks and secrets that's why to the sound and tuning lol
No shit!
❤️❤️❤️😌😌😌 camera person is more mesmerized by Myles than his Rig😂😂
He’s such an amazing vocalist you forget he’s also an incredible guitarist!
When he played that Hendrix riff, I got some serious chills. More please you dog 😆
Miles the master of jazzy guitar tunes.
The Evil Mario shirt is perfection.
Yep
His name is Wario
Its the drummer of Gojira
So nice to see you’re still rocking Myles 🤗🙏❤️

Legend, best singer in the world right now
I do believe the Camera dude fell in love with Myles! could not take his eyes off of him!..sweet!
I always think of Myles as a singer and forget he’s a damn good guitarist too! \m/
He wrote a lot of the Mayfield 4 stuff back in the day.
Greatest voice ever Myles !
This made my day better. Thanks.
Merry Christmas Myles 🎄☃️
Thanks Myles! Really interesting setup!
Love Myles❤🎸🎶

Hope to see you again in Ecuador soon, Myles, but this time with Alter Bridge!
Agreed!!!!. One of my favorite moments from 'Live From Amsterdam' is when Ian Keith (MK's Guitar tech) takes the stage...I love that show becuase of those moments. That's the AB fabric right there

Cheers from a French - Angeleno dude
1:45 2017? Y’all held out on us
Just go on premier guitar RUclips channel. There's a Myles and Mark rundown in one video.
Ian is the man!!!
Lol I remember this was ages ago when Gear God first put this video out....Myles actually switched to VH4 according to his Instagram post a while ago..
Hail hail the king of living vocalists!
HAIL! 🤘

Hahhahahaaahah
I have a new amp without a cabinet... Revv D20. It’s on my list to get a good cabinet for the thing.
👉 7:25 Heeeeey! 👀
...are you calling Brian's equipment cheap!?! Thems FIGHTING words!
😆 (totally joking!) Thank you for sharing this with us!🤗💖
I Love you Myles💙🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
I love the mario duplantier shirt i love gojira
A rig rundown without showing the rig. This is a Myles rundown.
Love the fact that myles and tony stark/ironman sound the same...hero!!!!!
Been a while since I escaped Spokane but I do remember Panther power begins with hot lunch!
It's all a far cry from the Mayfield four days.
It's good the world sees his talent and has spoiled this little town kid.
Myles said it's 2017. Did you keep this video 3 years in the archives? :'D
Love from Nepal ♥️✌️
Best🎼🎶🎵🎸
❤️🔥
Майлз Кеннеді - свята людина, дай йому бог здоров'я!

Which pedal? Camera guy is in love cant see the gear
❤❤❤❤
great camera work. Pretty much leaving everything to our imaginations!!!! Hey cameraman show the dang pedals
Right??? 😂
🤘🏻
🤘😎🤘❤️❤️❤️
aw he mentioned Mayfield
"What year is it... 2017?
Hate to break it to you Myles...
I dont think this is a new video.
It is likely to be from the year 2017 because of the scenery on the stage. The Last Hero tour.
I think if he likes the Custom Custom he'd absolutely love the Custom 5. I have never seen a player try the C5 and not like it better than the CC.
I hope so you make a song again, maybe "I am here because of you"
Hendrix cause he shares( I do too) a birthday November 27th
Myles ☝️💪👏🙌🆎💥🎤
👍🤟
❤😘
Nice and awesome rig run with Myles always on camera... Who cares about the stuff?
Good job kameramen👍
Re-upload this one is already on youtube
Are those googly eyes on the headstock?
Sounds like we've gotta buy a Diezel now!
Those amps are sooooo expensive lol
Where's the blonde tele?
Is this a podcast? Someone told the cameraman that we like to see the rig
He sounds like if Tony Stark joined a band
👍🏽 393
If you have never seen AB live you haven’t lived yet.
His voice got deeper.
2017 uploaded in 2020
TWO ply cabinets?!
Cameraman, you are supposed to show us the rig, not myles! we know hes hot and all, but damn control yourself!
This is older. He is using VH4s now for the last year
This man is so attractive in so many ways. Lord have mercy...
1:56 Civil War by Guns N'Roses?
Noooo, it's Voodoo Child... Slash only plays that riff as a tribute live while playing Civil War
Noob, thats obviously Hendrix
I love Myles but PLEASE SHOW THE PEDALBOARD dear Camera Person!
I don't like this video... camera doesn't serve the purpose of the video title, couldn't see or learn anything
Algum brasileiro aqui? 🇧🇷

interesting set of pedals... they all look like Myles Kennedy (hmmm)
Halo i'am from indonesia
For a small fee, I can splice in the pedals in After Effects. In the meantime, fire the person on camera
Camera man first time record rig rowndown
Artist takes us through his pedal set up. Camera man has never heard of guitar pedals and thinks he's referring to his bicycle.
😂😂
