I'm just waiting for the episode where you walk in to start, grab the metal sheet, wack it with a snap cut straight to the completed item and let the credits roll haha.
This is criminally underrated, my man. We need much much more content like this, it’s inspiring. Especially for someone with access to tools like this and in the fabrication profession 😜
Absolutely gorgeous! But what are your thoughts on it's combat worthiness? I'm thinking too many raised edges for weapons to catch on, too many flat parts to serve as anvils for a sword, club, mace or pole arm. Still looks awesome, though!
It's called an Arbor Press if anyone still wants to know. IDK if it's a 1 or 3 ton. This is more than 1mm steel, probably 2 or even 3 for most of it anyway. Helmets and breastplates use the thickest steel, arms are more usually 1.6, smaller parts 1.4 or less. In metal 0.2mm is a big difference.
If I recall hes showing exactly how it all is done, but to save time so you don't have to see a 6 hour video he puts the effects in as a fun way to shorten it.
@@matthhood nobody said he couldn’t edit out the in between stuff. There are plenty of craftsman channels out there that show the steps used to achieve certain parts. When all you show is effects, it doesn’t give anybody an idea of how it was done which is the magic of craftsmanship. You don’t have to show every single little step in real time

Yeahhh, He deserves it...a talented man, we have the same skills 😊
Dawnguard Heaavy is the most badass armor in the game hands down. Kudos!
guy.... your video production value is probably the best i have seen on YT. Very well done!
Awesome video! Awesome helmet! Hope all is well where you are.
Your videos are always so well thought out, and well made.
Great tools, very funny and talented! 3:35
Those helms look insanely expensive. And I'm sure well worth the money.
Holy Sh….true craftsmanship! Now…let’s chase some Vampires

Glad my friend sent me this video
Nice edit....Magic fabrication 😁😁
Amazing
I'd love to have one of those helmets
Very cool
This is my bedtime movie!!!
Ya need a CNC plasma table to blast out those parts to absolute perfection and save the back of your hands 🤨....and the power tools.
What is being used to do the engraving at 9:43?
That's a carbide engraving bit in an air powered rotary tool
To quote Shiro from F:SN Abridged
"I WANT THAT!"

What kind of press are you using to bend the pieces? Neat little tool.
I want to know too. Usually these are large (too large) hydraulic machines. I want a nice small one like that.
1 mm steel you can bend with your bare hands.

Nice clock
Great work. What steel do you use?
Check his earlier videos, where he mentions the type of steel.
Are those steel toe sandals?? 😂😂
I heard they're reforming the Dawnguard...
What boots you wearing?
Wow very fast 😁😁😁
how thick of steel do you use on your builds?
About 4mm
Is this helm going to be for sale?
A few septims perhaps?
can I have one?
In all honesty, I think I'd rather see you doing the actual work instead of playing with the video editing software... but that's just me.
Now do daedric armor
Didn't show you grinding your smithing skill making 1,000 iron daggers first. 0/10.
Thank you for new video. Slava Ukraine.
Slava Ukraini
Instead of all the effects why don’t you actually show people how you do it? It’s a bit of overkill

He shows every process at least once. There’s no point showing curving pieces in the press lots of times or rolling edges
@@TrebleForTheBass But nothing is stopping you to go looking for it. You might like a one stop shop, but there is one here. Go find it.
Would you sell, and ship a helmet to the U.S??🤔
