Pro Street's Speed King is finally mostly fixed (guest starring Zonda Civic)

The secret ingredients via NFS Vlt-Ed:
-increase the car's base and upgraded AERO_COEFFICIENT
-increase the car's Mu0 ranges
-set the presetride → king → sc_king's parts to stage 8 or 11 (coresponding to ingame stages 3 and 4, package 3 for each)
Unfortunately it needs a fair bit more fine tuning, as he suffers the "Speed Challenge Zonda Wiggle" syndrome where his AI tries to correct from a minor slide, and only ends up swerving all over the place.
The Zonda Civic is a little joke between a few friends. Also via Vlt-Ed, set the ENGINEAUDIO_NG and EXHAUSTAUDIO_NG to pag_zon_a_eng and pag_zon_a respectively.

Still wondering why Black Box didn't use the pag_zon_a from NFS Carbon and they of course had to use the generic lam_galla_a sound. It will be even better with NFS World's pag_zon_b which is pretty much like the NFS HP Remastered's one.
