Ayo Dito. Did you ever consider upgrading to Sync 3? Some argue that's expensive but if you find all your parts in junkyards/ebay, it's actually quite cheap. You retain everything OEM, plus get the Sync 3 layout (which can be further customized with Forscan), and you also get Apple Carplay/Android Auto.
I’ve had a unit since 2020. I love it but there are a few bugs in the software that can be a slight inconvenience until you get used to them. Apps like Spotify usually crash on the first launch but works fine iPod the 2nd launch and the sound doesn’t always immediately come on for the radio, which you just have to hit the fm/am button until you here sound.
--Settings: Mine were all english, I changed the ones I wanted mostly but there was a handful I had no context to. --Aspect ratio: I dont play many apps, but my foldable phone has a similar issue, the apps aren't optimized to adjust to the screen it plays on when I open it :/ --Back up camera works pristine --AC: MY BIGGEST PEEVE!!! I have a gear change knob so it doesn't block anything but I can't stand changing the AC. At first I had the protective film on it and that required me to double click and it still had a delay. W it off it's better (no delay and only 1 click needed) but still annoying. I THINK... there's a way to map the steering wheel buttons to the AC in its (The screen) settings but THAT part isn't intuitive and IF it can be mapped, I have yet to figure it out. --No chime for me... I CANNOT figure out how to get my car to play Nintendo Switch sounds.... bluetooth disconnects when I go into Aux, or AV in etc. ... PS2/3/XBox plays great tho :) Oh, I think mine is Sync 3 and it's on a FFS '18 Other than the AC being touch now and my Switch audio hardships, I love the unit. First thing everyone comments on. Great w Waze and Spotify and Audible. I only play 2048 on it since I have consoles attached to it. Looking forward to seeing those of you at 2Fast2Fusion
I had the same problem with 2013 fusion backup camera not showing up on screen but got it to work there is a backup camera ac jack on the wiring harness that need to be plug into Each other for it to work ...
Warning: Avoid Phoenix Automotive! I purchased a screen from Phoenix Automotive, and it has been a nightmare. The screen constantly disconnects, whether you use Bluetooth or a wired connection. When it disconnects, you lose all functionality, which is dangerous while driving. It also freezes, leaving you miles down the road before you realize the GPS isn’t updating. Customer service is a joke. They refuse to give refunds or offer any meaningful help. The technicians clearly read from a script, giving cookie-cutter answers that don’t fix the problem. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Phoenix Automotive at all costs!

How long did the shipping take from phoenix?
Losing the backup camera alone is a nonstarter for me. Such a simple integration being failed is wild.
I saw no one doing it for a Lincoln MKZ hybrid would it work?
I'm buying a nasty looking 2015 Ford fusion in a few hours that has one of these screens in it.. thanks for the video!!
Did you lose the ambient light features?
