What kind of sushi would you recommend for someone who doesn't like slimy or melt in your mouth textures? I like to feel like I'm actually biting into something out else it makes me nauseous
if you're talking about non raw fish sushi then there's so many variation that mostly even vegetarian like tamago sushi (egg omelette sushi), avocado sushi, inari sushi (fried tofu skin sushi), etc. or if you wanted fish but cooked there's ones like unagi sushi/baked eel sushi

It’s light with a firmer texture, while still being absolutely delicious if you are in Japan. If you live in the US, or other countries outside of Japan, I would recommend trying regular salmon (avoid salmon toro / belly). It’s pretty good quality just about everywhere- & it tastes great lightly dipped in soy sauce (familiar flavor). I agree 💯 with the non raw fish sushi recommendations, @way9883. Love the thoughtful recommendations 😉
