Honestly sister, I just came to view and receive information about juicing recipes. You actually spent more time talking about the machines. You should just call this video “Comparing juicers”. This is a product review. Your presentation is fantastic, but I found your title misleading. This is a Nama commercial.

They do not mention, this but it is a powerful drink. Just keep in mind you will be visiting the restroom very often as it is a deep cleansing. I would suggest start off once a week and once you get your first experience then decide if it’s a daily drink for you. Some of us want to leave the house to work etc. just saying…😅 mine took a week to actually kick in smh. But… it works!!
Green juice - 1 cucumber, handful of spinach, 1 stalk of celery and a jalapeño. Spicy and soooo good.
I have Nama J2 juicer. This is so much better than the centifugal juicers. It is so much easier to clean, but it's an investment for sure! The juice definitely taste better with the Nama juicer.
One more thing. I soak the pulp in a pitcher of water and let sit for hours . I strain and drink the water through out the day.
Soaking the pulp and drinking the water from it is a great idea.
how much is the Nama j2 and where can I find it
I agree the Nama J2 is an amazing juicer and super easy to clean. The J2 is worth the $400 price point. I would suggest waiting until Black Friday to buy it direct from their website for a deep discount

I have the Nama J2 and it makes juicing easy. I load up the food chamber and turn it on. Done. Disassembling and cleaning is simple too. Takes about 2 minutes.

Obviously shilling for Nama... For $400 bucks I'm not impressed. We just got a NB Juicer for < $100 bucks and works great - plenty of juice, that doesn't taste like it came 'from a factory' ... you have great recipes though and it is a good guide to show me what to expect using different kinds of produce. Thanks for the upload.

@@MI-tk8yq Nutribullet - we took it back (a centrifugal juicer) and got a cold press juicer off FB marketplace for 40 bucks. Its already paid for itself the number of times we've used it.
You get what you pay for. Nama is top notch. It tastes great with far better consistency. Hints why your other failed and I hear no complaints about the Nama.

How do you track homemade Juicing in MyFitnessPal? I've tried adding a few things, and It looks like I'm eating them raw instead of consuming only the juice.
I'm using the pulp in muffin's instead of tossing it, but I'm finding just as hard tracking my muffins as well due to the pulp (fiber).
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi I'm new to this juicing, love your personality and great energy. I purchased the nutribullet pro 1000 juicer and now I am scared 😱the loud noise I can handle however I would like to make sure the machine is extracting all the juice from the product. Sis, what are the price points (you paid) for each? Also, is the nama available only on the website? That nama is outragious in price, is there ever a sale?
The NAMA company has sales about twice a year; around November for sure. I've had the NutriBullet, Breville, Kuvings, and both NAMA's. The NAMA's are the best in the long run. You may spend an extra $200 up front. The money saved by getting more juice and fresher juice will make up for that $200 in no time. My second favorite juicer is the Kuvings; it's a very close match to the NAMA. The NAMA cleans much easier and the pulp is usually drier. The NAMA J2 also has the sorbet attachment. I love that in place of store bought ice cream, I make my own. The frozen banana or strawberry is my fave! It also comes with a smoothie attachment, too. It's Nama for the win for me. Btw... I've been juicing for about 11 years.
$300 juicer vs $170 juicer…the Nama better be better! Lol

I have the nutribullet juicer and want the Nama lol I use the top on the cup to keep the juice from flying everywhere. The nutribullet is too complicated for cleaning, I hate it

Dry it fine - just rinse everything to ensure bugs are not hanging out

This is a review and very Nama slanted. I do agree the Nama is a better juicer because I'm a cold press cheer leader but please, not a fair review I've used both and the flavors are not that different immediately after juicing sorry.
