8.4 Magnitude .Earthquake , Pakistan Feb 12- 2021 Lahore, Islamabad, Northern Areas

Devastating earthquake kills more than 26 people in Pakistan, the epicenter was at Mirpur Azad kashmir. 6.1 magnitude was recorded on rector scale.
The Active fault line is along Azad kashmir in the lesser Himalayas.
The Indian and Eurasian Plates have collided millions of years ago. Indian plate is moving 2 cm each year inside Eurasian plate.
This collision has resulted in the formation of 3 highest mountain ranges of the World famously known as
Karakarum Range

Hindukush Mountian Ranges
