We so want to be a part of the Catskills community and your videos have just convinced me even more that this is where we need to be. We’re hoping it can all workout and we find the right place for us in this difficult housing market
Yes, since the pandemic, housing prices did go up here since many people moved to the Catskills from places like NYC. We were lucky to get this house right before the pandemic! But there are still some good deals here and I am sure prices will start to decrease with the interest rates higher. The weather here is the best it has ever been though. Mild winters and perfect summer and fall temperatures. Little to no natural disasters except some minor flooding in some areas. Good luck!
