After 1975, Fresno became home to one of the largest HMong American communities in the United States. Today, there are about 30,000 HMong in Fresno County. The Fresno HMong New Year is an annually celebrated event that brings people from all over the world. It is a highly prized winter event for the County of Fresno and the City.

How interesting. I did not know that there were that many Hmong in Fresno nor that it had a New Year's festival there. I will try to go next year. I would love to attend. I was able to see Hmong in Laos and Thailand. Thank you for this and have a wonderful day.
