I think Rock, Nick Khan, Ari, Triple H and Stephanie all conspired to get Vince booted out of WWE. Nick, Steph and H were the ones who leaked the Vince story to Wallstreet journal. They let Vince weasel his way back in only to sell it to Ari (Who is tight with Nick and The Rock). Once pen hit paper they booted Vince and put Rock on the Board.

About a year or so after WCW died my interest in wrestling fizzled out. I think Rock vs Hogan was the last time I was truly into wrestling. Afterwards it became a thing where I'd check on it now and again just out of curiosity.

So it’s not happening at Wrestlemania 40. He wants the long build. You also have to take in consideration that it might take him a year to get ring ready so he doesn’t injure himself and ruin any films he may be filming for. Maybe Wrestlemania 41. It could be a John Cena vs The Rock type build. Rock can prevent Bloodline interference and allows for Cody to beat Roman for the belt and Rock can raise Cody’s arm in victory. Rock and Roman can set up their dream match for Mania 41 the Raw or Smackdown after Mania.

Steven A Smith would be a good promoter and manager. He has the ability to bring heat to himself. Which is seen as a good thing in wrestling. The Rock said to Cena once. That you know that you made it when your being booed. Its great that people outside of the knowledge of what goes behind the scenes know that The Rock is a genuine nice guy. A lot of people hate him but dont know that during his WWE career. He was very kind to his fellow wrestlers in the Locker room with some of them being bullies. Totally different than his Rock persona in a good way.
