This place I disagree with him. There was only one language on earth as at that time exactly how the Bible put it in Genesis 11. Reading 10 doesn't mean the event took place before 11, but the view of what eventually resulted to according to their action in 11.
For example, Genesis 1:27 says, God created His image in both male and female. But we came to understand how it happened in chapter 2:7,21,22.
