It kept on failing because i did realize each time but one day, i so exhausted of work. My friend briliantly pull the trick. I ate it off. Pig bacon is the best thing i ever ate

@@Dj-Nerate Brisket comes from the chest, not the belly, which is why it's so tough. Guga called this cut beef belly and stated that it is hard to get. It also looked very tender and fatty. Brisket flats are lean, and are not usually this large and square. The piece looks exactly like a fatty pork belly except for the color, so I think it is actually beef belly, but Guga you are welcome to jump in here and clarify.

This is awesome! My family has bee making beef bacon for years, just a little bit different. Beef brisket smoked at 120f for 18 hours then sliced.
