BTW I just rewatched Second Chance PCT Episode 32 (Almost Got Myself Killed) and inspired again. Brave and honest. Tough cold day. Great contrast to this lovely relaxing bungalow on the beach. That hotel suite looked awesome! And you only live once. Having said that, there are so many options in Phi Phi, if one can't splash, it isn't a problem to find good accommodation for a reasonable price. Even diving, one won't see many sharks in that area. Next time you should take the opportunity to learn to dive. It isn't too expensive in Thailand. Another nice thing to do there is kayaking!

The Asian Pickleball Open is happening in Phuket Thailand this week, women’s doubles was today, but should still be going on from 4/13-4/17 Would make a good video and maybe something you and the wife could start doing casually together.
Hey Cory …this is gorgeous !!! About two months ago I stumbled on a RUclips of a guy called Wim Hoff . Or the ice man … He has a breathing routine I do every morning . I think of having those views to meditate with this . Check it out .It’s so interesting how these different are so good for mental health . ( I know you talk a lot about ) My breathing routine takes 5 minutes it’s the first step to more. It calms me for what ever the day will bring !! Enjoy !! So happy for you ! 💕
