    Losing a parent makes you feel more alone in the world. I realize how much I took them for granted when I was younger.

      Same. Lost my dad when I was young,and just lost my mom. I have an adult son who keeps me going. But at 56 and losing my mom, I feel so alone.

    So you were together three times (27:10) - and you didn't think maybe SHE'S the problem? It sounds like she was using you for your money, love, and babysitting. It wasn't really true love because *SHE* doesn't, didn't and won't love you. While you are madly in love with her, she isn't with you. It's best to go little to no contact with her. Have respect for yourself. I know you can find someone great even though you're older. If not? Start or continue your hobbies. Spend time with your family and friends. I believe it will work itself out.

    Adults have young minds with an adult body. They are kids lost in a cruel world. It is strange knowing that. Everyone is lost.

    Realizing thay my parents are withering away and I will never repair/have a healthy relationship with them.
    The ship has sailed, and their presence in my life will largely be marked by frustration and pain.

    Dental care. Teeth get weak fast after 35. Get regular check up’s and brush your teeth. I learned this the hard way.

      Did you have to get new teeth?

    • @exsecror78
      @exsecror78 16 дней назад +1

      @ no because new teeth costs thousands, thus reiterating the special care to ones dental health. I’ve had several root canals and extractions. I have bridges too. Flossing is very important.

      @exsecror78 i haven't been to a dentist in 6 years and have tooth erosion from drinking for like 2 years and passing out with brushing my teeth, I now brush everyday and use non alcoholic mouthwash but I really need to face the anxiety and just set up an appointment

    For the last story, the replier really sounds like the type of person that would huff at a 26-year-old for not knowing how to write out a check, while showing them.
    The line at 31: 36-31:40 says it all.

    The biggest for me is the loss of the LOVE of my Existence gone from this World. We met very young and it was the first and only love I have ever felt completely, I gave Her my heart and told her I would only be with Her for Eternity. She left this World over 30 years ago. I have kept that promise to Her and have stayed alone total Celibacy (Very hard to do, for some reason I was made very attractive). I cry for Her every single night, Sometimes I pray for death. I do not believe in wasting a life even a painful one, growing old alone is PURE HELL.

    All of these sicknesses... like where the hell did they come from? Just got diagnosed with diverticulitis/diverticulosis or whatever this year.. I have no idea what to do or what to eat or what not to eat... Seems everything I eat and drink runs through me like a prosecuting attorney through a list of witnesses at Diddy's trial... And that's going to be a long list of people..

    Living a very active younger life, your body will pay for it when you get older.

    You get older, but you mentally still feel 25. Im 41. Im supposed to have all of my ducks in a row. I dont. I was dumb and followed the formula of "work hard and stay loyal." Didn't really know what that meant. I thought if I worked as a box boy or a security guard and I was really diligent on the job, it would pay off. It didn't. Way too late I realized the grand scope of things and how HR and businesses issue their budgets. It goes by title mainly, experience, and skill sets. Then compare the competition in that position. Degrees are important, but not in the way we think them as typically. They are an indicator to HR. But you can still have a reeeelatively useless degree like an MBA because its sort of a catch all degree. Its not specialized.

    I'm so happy I never got more conservative as I got older. That's literally the exact opposite of growing as a person.
