Love the info!!! so helpful as a new agent trying to learn... when you're a new agent and you don't have the experience that client wish for their agent to have, how do you show them that your a good choice as a guide to their new home?
Well the short answer I can give you, is first of all you'll need a mentor. Someone who is a successful agent and is doing exactly the same type of transactions that you would like to do. NYC Real Estate is complicated. Second you'll need to have the ability to learn fast. The sooner you learn how real estate transactions work here the sooner you'll be able to talk to your clients confidently and guide them with their homebuying journey. Just knowing the theory obviously is not enough, but that would be the first steps. An actual real world experience is what matters, but everything starts from putting an effort to learn the theory and simultaneously shadowing your mentor to slowly get that actual real world experience. One day you'll be able to complete transactions from start to end on your own. You're the only person to decide how soon you want that day to come. Feel free to contact me if you want to talk more on this topic.
I’m looking for a Condo to buy , but since I have no experience I wanna ask how much I can make monthly clear if I’m renting it ?if hire property management and gross monthly income is about 1500$? I wanna know what the expenses ,thx
