I love these videos, but I would like some more information on the baits and techniques they're using. At one point it said a guy was using "a white soft plastic." Could that possibly be any more vague? Lol
Not because of any one thing. This year pros fished without co-anglers and out of their own boats all four days, that's an example of some of the factors.
Collin H Likely for sponsorship reasons, from what I've heard thats why a lot of FLW pros are going to the Elites. Also, the sponsorship models on the two different circuits is very different, with BASS allowing pros more freedom to make their own sponsorship identity, whereas FLW controls much more. Until recently, any pros that make the final day HAD to fish out of Rangers.
Collin H Elites also get more coverage. For example, pretty much anyone who only casually pays attention to pro bass fishing could name far more BASS pros than FLW. Although FLW is definitely the circuit to make more money off of tournaments, for sponsor money its often BASS. Neither is inherently better than the other and I enjoy both, but there are reasons pros fish the circuits they do.
