Hi Brett and Lisa. I really enjoyed your Milford Sound adventure. Such a beautiful area. I'm not surprised that you pushed through difficult situations and an army of sandflies to get the best shots; you always do. I felt like I was there traveling with you and even felt itchy seeing all those pesky sandflies. Thanks for going to the effort to film your adventure as I learnt a lot, enjoyed your commentary and I'm in awe of the scenery. Cheers to you.

Great! video and really an enjoyable watch mate. Milford sound looks Amazing and the shots you took really are superb! From the wood waterfalls at 4 to 8min in, to the 16.57 shot, stunning. Also, 30.54 , 35.30 and 35. 50 are stunners. Well done! mate. Lovely to see Lisa with you and I hope Twizel is ok too. Wish I lived a lot close to NZ as it's a Stunning Place for Landscapes. 👏👏👍

Great to come along on the journey - as usual some wonderful camera work Brett. Those cheeky birds have a beak I would stay away from! Loved it all, but I am partial to sunset and sunrise shots. However I wouldn’t say no to any of the places you visited.

Loved the video, Brett. All your hard work was well worth it. Probably my favourite shot is the handheld first shot of the little cascade by the road. I just love waterfalls in mossy surrounds with those wonderful ferns.

Some great shots there Brett. Us in the North Island call the Souths sandflies, flying tigers !! they bite like a bastard ! lol. Have had many trips down to the South Island and love the west Coast and the Haast Pass with so many waterfalls and snow capped Mountains. Have talked my wife into going down in winter (July) she only agreed to go because she has found a workshop to attend in Dunedin. It gives me a chance to get some winter shots of the bush, trees and farm buildings amongst the snow ! Cheers from Whanganui NZ

The book is something I’ve been working on for a long long time, one day it will happen.
I love your Kea shots. Such cheeky birds, they tried to rip our windscreen wipers off on our motorhome. Nice little waterfall shots too. Was that Mirror Lake earlier on? The sandflies don't attack me haha.

I especially loved all your images that involve those gorgeous mossy trees. I’d love to go back to the sound and get a moody sky with those green rocks ( don’t know if you remember me talking to you about those😊). ❤

Do you follow the work of landscape photographer Andris Apse? He would spend weeks or months at a time at one location just to get the perfect picture.
