Enoch Burke will set a precedent in Irish history that the people of this land will be so proud of for generations to come in him standing up against the judiciary on a civil matter that was solely between Mr Burke and the school who wronged him for not addressing a pupil by the pronoun !! THEY!! In the court using contempt of court to have him imprisoned to try silence him on such a civil matter that was the WRC responsibility between the school and Mr Burke , of been denied his constructional rights enshrined in our constitution enacted by the people for the people of this state article 44.2 the right to freely express one's religion 🇮🇪 🇮🇪

The man is a hero for standing up for his faith in the one true God, his own personal and applaudable principles, free speech and the concern for the souls of others, innocents, and what should be natural freedom of conscience generally. It beggars belief that in the sight of such proofs and evidence, legal minds, if applied fairly and with honesty without political influence or prejudice, should rule that this man is somehow in the wrong on this issue. I can understand how, witnessing how the legal system operates, one night fall foul of sanction disobeying a court order but the basis on which such an order was brought into being is critical in the validity and correctness of the existence of that order and that is paramount from the outset and overshadows it all. One cannot help but think that a travesty of justice has occurred and is occurring still. If the Irish judicial system is blind and deaf to justice in this instance for some reason, surely the European Court of Human Rights must interject and rule on the matter.

Even a Church of Ireland meeting was disruption by their nonsense. They will arrive at any event and create noise, then the Gardai have to be called to remove them as there presence is unwanted, event the Ploughing Champions are not safe with this lot.
