The couch arrived in two boxes four days early, which was great because we'd just moved into a new house and needed places to sit. My son and I put it together pretty quickly ruclips.net/user/postUgkxitRzxya-XugamYgLwa_2G1gxPg4MCJHa . Another reviewer suggested inserting the seat into the side and I'm glad they did as the instructions weren't clear on that matter. It's incredibly light and slides easily across the wood floor, making it easy to move. It's firm, but comfortable. It will even be great to nap on. I got the gray, which definitely has strong blue undertones, but I'm okay with that.
My hubby got his first bull last season - his 50th year. I prayed the day before and in the morning a herd of cows showed up in a field across from our camp. Frank woke early with a migrane and a bloody nose and was tinkering in the morning campfire when he spotted the cows. He quietly climbed into the RV and whispered "elk . . .elk" He grabbed my loaded 30 06 and crept out to find a bull standing among the cows 75yds clear view. One shot behind the shoulder and "Elkski" went to sleep. 650 on the hoof. Shoulder mount should be ready in another 6 months. Freezer is gradually emptying - the Elkeroni is addicting. A true blessing. Thank you God. Thank you Elkski. Great hunt you guys. Very moving.
Wow, this is one of the best videos i've ever seen!!!!!! Ty; God bless you Brother, thanks for talking us with you on this emotional rollercoaster. Sending air hugs and high fives.
Putting my 2 girls to bed after taking them on a 2 night scouting trip here in Helena, MT and we were so excited to see you get your bull. We have been watching your videos each night since you started putting this series out and love them. Thank you for helping me teach the next generation of hunters.
This may be my favorite video that BRO has produced to date. Very cool footage that shows how difficult a DIY trip in Public Lands can be. Also you guys show how awesome it can be! Ty: your emotion in this film is clearly genuine and sincere. Awesome film that documents a bow hunters journey in the woods. We've all had that same feeling and level of anxiety/excitement. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the inspiration.
I come back and watched this idk how many times and now have something to say I love it the emotion is there shows the passion of the hint and what we stand for not trophy hunters just outdoorsmen and providers
Hey guys met your mom and dad this weekend while camping on the coast of Oregon! Was great talking to him about bow hunting as I do as well and working in the woods!!! Keep up the good work...
Bad shots happen. What you do after the shot is the deciding factor as to what kind of hunter you are. Following tracks, hands and knees looking for blood, and not giving up. The emotion is part of why we do it, and I respect that. Well done, sir.
This episode took this series to a whole new level. You guys freakin earned that awesome bull. Brought tears to my eyes! I can only imagine the waves of emotion you guys were feeling. Awesome awesome
I hope you guys can keep doing this for a long time. The respect you guys have for each other, the mountain and the animal is the best part. Good luck this year. Looking forward to more footage
Really like the rawness of your videos. You show us everything from the highs to lows with the emotions that come with both. We are leaving in a week for our 2nd elk hunt and watching your videos reminds me of the emotions of elk hunting more than any other. Thank you and keep it up.
Great video guys! Possible that you hit a branch on the shot seeing how thick it was. You guys don't strike me as the type that hopes to hit a barn at 50 yards something drastic definitely happened. Way to be persistent! Headed out to southern colorado here in two weeks, hope I run into something like that bull! Ha
I had the same experience last year in Colorado. Effort, commitment, blood, sweat, tears and perseverance with a bit of grace mixed in. All that emotion comes out when it happens. Divinity.
Excellent job at capturing true perseverance. I love the raw emotion. This is what makes your videos truly exceptional. Made me feel like I was there with you guys. Outstanding!
A lot of people don't understand how emotional it can be to take a life... even when you've been doing it for years. Especially when you've worked so hard to get the chance.
@@humblybrash7642 Doesn't sound insane at all. Naïve minds like yours, will not understand this concept yet. If you do not like hunting, there are plenty of other channels that do not have hunting or shooting in them.
Thank you so much for showing the entire spectrum of the hunt, all the way to the culmination when you found your elk. I felt the sincerity of your emotions, and the honor you showed when you took that Elk. Will you post more footage of when you field dressed that big beast? Congrats Ty, a year ago, still raw today!!
You guys hunt harder than most and more importantly you cherish the blessings God put before us. Inspiring to watch can only hope those Colorado winds go in my favor next week! Congratulations and God bless!
Bloody top watch guys enjoyed every seconde of it. The raw emotions is great shows how hunters are so very passionate about what we love to do. Hi from oz and keep up the great work. 👍
Thank goodness you tracked that him down. Had me real worried. Its made me realize even more how important it is with a bow to draw your game in close. It isn't that you won't hit the target because you will, it's that the target will move before the arrow hits it's mark. My upcoming moose hunt is going to be very different, more than any hunt I've been on. Five more weeks...the anticipation is unreal.
I shot one in the same spot in 2012 due to the cable coming off the cable slide. I went right through both Kidneys and the arteries on them. Bull ran 20 yards and piled up. Things happen man, glad you got him!! Keep it up!
I'll be bow hunting western WA fit elk this yr... I'm from the south and I'm an avid bow hunter but this is my first go at elk. I think I've watched all your videos at least 5x's trying to learn all i can on Roosevelt elk hunting... there's not much out there other than yalls videos.
You guys are awesome, DIY Archery Elk hunting! Keep it up. I am prepping for my CO archery hunt as we speak. Watching your videos keep me in the right mindset. What GMU were you in for this trip? I have been hunting in GMU 441 and 4 for the last handful of years. Thanks again.
Nice I'm headed to unit 43 and got a nice 10 mile pack in for base camp always had good luck there but never know might head to some other part of nothing is about as well looking forward to your uploads.
Way late comment but when you saw your elk that almost got me bud and when you approached it it almost got me again. True men cry when they get a nice shot and kill. Beautiful elk thank you for your sacrifice for this man. You shows great respect for the animal kudos to you buddy.
At first I was bugged because the audio wasn't very good - there was a loud tapping sound. But that was completely overshadowed by the emotional ending. Nice job guys!
Skyler Harrison Thanks for the note. We had some equipment failures on our mics and had to deal with bad audio. We will try our best to not have that again!
I cried at lung blood. Lol I knew he was down. The only greater feeling was when my son was born. Great bull guys. I dont know you, but but I'm proud of you for the class and authenticity.
I'm not a bow hunter and I know how hard elk can be with a gun. I'm amazed you guys got close that many times. Gr8 Videos! Wondering why you skinned from the back? I Haven't seen that.

I am not sure how I missed this episode. I am glad I doubled back to see this one.
I like these dudes. They’re compassionate hunters. It’s how it should be too! Hunting isn’t a sport it’s a way of life!👍🏾
Putting my 2 girls to bed after taking them on a 2 night scouting trip here in Helena, MT and we were so excited to see you get your bull. We have been watching your videos each night since you started putting this series out and love them.

@@shedhunter8532 and you would of left the animal there and say it walked away. And wouldn't even put effort to find it..
My dad used that camo to kill 14 elk. I can't find it any more. Anyone know where?
@@shedhunter8532 you sound pretty closeted bro no lie lmao
That one is my favorite one so far! I love seeing that you guys go through the same emotions that I do.
Hands down one of the best archery elk videos I've seen. Congrats man.
Thanks for the honest and humble portrayal...so much better than shows with product placement high dollar canned "hunts" most people think are real.
Hunting can have such a range of emotions. Highs to lows and even relief.
Awesome story! Keep it up. I don't get a hunting season this year, so I'm living vicariously through y'all.
Stay tuned, we are going to keep them coming!!
I don't know how I had missed you guys for so long. Love your videos and appreciate how honest they are
Been watching for years now. This is the video that got me hooked. Thanks BRO.
