I'm pretty sure what they were talking about on the brakes is a left to right side of the car bias. Drivers will still adjust the brake bias front to rear. This left to right side bias setting had to be adjustable during the race like the front to rear bias, there'd be a setting on the steering wheel.

It’s just insane if you look at the qualification times between Max and Lando from ‘23 and ‘24. RB actually is around 0.5 sec quicker. The insane part is that McLaren gained like 1.5 seconds compared to the year before. I don’t know what voodoo they added to their car but the gain is insane.

I don’t get the over obsession with the two championships either. How do you watch and get excitement from an accumulating championship, unless watching points total up on a table does it for you. The participants can’t focus on winning a championship in isolation, they can only focus on winning, or doing their best, in each race. What I think most of us long for is to watch an exciting F1 race each Sunday, not to watch points total up on a table afterwards. To me the championship is purely resultant reward and gratification for the participants and their supporters. What happens in each race is where the excitement is and where the priority should be.
It looks since newey announced he was leaving redbull the car has fallen so far back. If verstappen leaves rb in 2026 it's possible redbull will be a mid to back race team with average drivers.

I think Max's engine upgrade in Spa was very good. From P11 to P4, and he set the fastest time in qualifying. And there are a few circuits coming up that are some of his stronger ones historically- Netherlands, US, Mexico and Abu Dhabi in particular. But McLaren and Mercedes have closed up and Ferrari are somewhere there as well- so it is going to be hell of a second half. My official prediction- Max to win drivers, McLaren to win constructors.

Were there ever mechanical or electronic reasons the car didn't advance out of Q1? Funny how every issue ends up being "Checo's" fault when discussing his season. My favorite time was when Sergio spun out at a certain corner and the commentators said (in effect) "he really screwed up, just not good enough. No skilled driver would ever make that mistake." As they were finishing trashing Perez's performance, Max spun out at the same corner. The broadcasters immediately switched over to saying (in effect) "oh, that could happen to anyone. Yuki Tsunoda is his own worst enemy. His inability to control his angery outbursts is why RBR is acting as if Yuki won't make it to the main team. Yuki's anger problem became glaringly obvious after the race where he received team orders to let Daniel Ricciardo by, yuki drove dangerously, almost taking out both team cars after the race, all because he couldn't control his anger. This looms large in RBR's current decision. Yuki has enormous talent, and RBR showed they know this and gave him to a new contract. But Yuki's anger management problems are what is keeping him from the main team.

Hungry for recognition proven champions.Let's say we have next season felipe drugovich, Liam Lawson Theo Pourchaire and isack hadjar on the F1 grid (I don't mention Oliver Bearman as is already on Haas next season) and the season starts with all proven champions hungry for success and recognition as I said earlier and they all push to have the same success that all had in lower lvls in formula racing. IMO Verstappen and Red Bull will be surpassed by McLaren this second half of the season and the title fight will be superb between Lando and Max.

Yuki Tsunoda is his own worst enemy. His inability to control his angery outbursts is why RBR is acting as if Yuki won't make it to the main team. Yuki's anger problem became glaringly obvious after the race where he received team orders to let Daniel Ricciardo by, yuki drove dangerously, almost taking out both team cars after the race, all because he couldn't control his anger. This looms large in RBR's current decision. Yuki has enormous talent, and RBR showed they know this and gave him to a new contract. But Yuki's anger management problems are what is keeping him from the main team.

Let me stand on the point that you talk to have a more challenging race from this time of the season if I understand right?! Allow me to express my wish on this part if i may. Champions.... We need more champions fresh on the grid. Hungry for recognition proven champions.Let's say we have next season felipe drugovich, Liam Lawson Theo Pourchaire and isack hadjar on the F1 grid (I don't mention Oliver Bearman as is already on Haas next season) and the season starts with all proven champions hungry for success and recognition as I said earlier and they all push to have the same success that all had in lower lvls in formula racing. Think how much exiting tasty from site of action and how much popular to the younger viewers and viewers in general will be.Allow me to say that one move like this will make the next season one season to remember and one season who will bring this fresh air that f 1 needs from my point of view. And again... that's is only the way I view it and and the way I will like to see Max Verstapen battle more at the new season.

Max Verstappen suffered a problem with brakes of one of the rear wheels... At some point, Red Bull performance decreased quite a bit. Now the FIA says they can't use asymmetric breaking. You don't need to be the best detective 😂

It is Motorsport who reported the FIA spokesperson thingy. If anything the burden of proof is on Racingnews and their story, and quite simply they seem to fall flet because nobody is reporting it besides them.
I very mucht doubt that the FIA would deny and say their side of the story if it was true. Instead they would then decline to comment or something along those lines.
I don’t agree you are crafty. I think the driver's championship is still up for grabs. I do not believe Max Verstappen not happy so I generally do think Norris has generally got a chance and I say a chance but with the likes of Russell improving Lewis not doing so bad confidences up.

1. He's not finished, he's been outperforming Tsunoda recently and is in good form.
2. He has experience in that team and their cars.
3. RBR literally lose nothing by putting him in that car for the rest of the season. Worst case scenario is that they replace a badly performing driver with another one.
4. Who else? They've never wanted to give Tsunoda that seat and he will likely move on when Honda leave. The other option is a rookie.
