Hey Mr. Chris! I've watched you talk about food for a long time now, ever since I was a kid watching America's Test Kitchen. I just wanted to say I'm happy to see you still talk about your passion, and thank you and your team for the delicious recipes!
The skillet spanakopita recipe is something I will definitely try. All ingredients both my husband and I like, and we are not big veggie eaters, especially him. We also love cauliflower, so the roasted cauliflower head is something I might also try. Thank you.
I put a tablespoon of ouzo in the filling that is very subtle but spectacular. I tend to wrap mine in hand-pie style in triangles but this would take less time. The hand pies in four inch style are great for appetizers.
I just watched America's Test Kitchen's 25th anniversary. I was irked that Mr. Kimball wasn't mentioned in creating the show. Are they so immature that they couldn't give the guy any credit?
I also just watched that show, and noticed they didn't even show a clip of Chris with either Julia or Bridget from the first season. I then left a comment about that on a recent ATK video on RUclips. And I wonder if I'm the only one who just cannot stand Julia anymore. It's painful to watch the shows from the last five seasons that are constantly replayed on the Create TV channel. I love the recipes and all the other cooks, but I have to mute the audio when she's on. The worst is when she is the sidekick to another cook. Just not necessary. The exception - she is very good with the taste testings.
I love this. I eat meat but lately I'm trying to up my game on vegetables. Partly because vegetables are delicious, partly because I have a number of friends who are vegan or vegetarian and it's nice to be able to offer them something yummy. Also, meat substitutes are a fun exploration - like how close can mushrooms, seitan, tofu, etc. get to meat, and when subbed in things like copycat "chicken" sandwiches, is the meat really missed?
The cauliflower is a blank canvas. Truer words were never spoken. I have recently figured out that I don't hate cauliflower, but i am so indifferent that it pisses me off.
Were you not paying attention? The reason is obvious. Without cooking down the spinach you cannot squeeze out the moisture and you'd have a super soggy soupy mess otherwise.
I love cauliflower. But the third presenter. Was upspeaking. So badly. That I heard. Bells ringing? Come on, please stop talking this way. I’d love to come back to your channel.
Christopher Kimball is cashing in on untested, unreliable Milk Street recipes. Everything I’ve made has been a waste of time and money-like pouring effort down a drain. I will never trust their recipes again. Milk Street clearly values profits over delivering quality results, so don’t fall into the same trap. Please save yourself the from the time, money spent and the dissappointment of making anything from Milk Street.
The show is worthless without Bianca Borges...Please bring her back..The new cooks are boring and uninspiring to me...I could care less about Milk Street now...
this show is hardly worthless. Its always new and innovative with new recipes and ways of cooking. Its multicultural and will transform your cooking and eating experience.

I’m a dedicated meat lover from Italy which makes me a lover of vegetables also.
I also appreciate vegetables from different countries like Greece
one of the best episodes yet! a part II, III, IV, etc of this concept would be great...

So great to see you again and more videos in general although I prefer the longer videos.
Awesome phyllo recipe Chris, thank you Rosie and Wes
This is really great! Thank you for using Feta. It's so great to see that.

@@NBK1122 Obviously you don't know the ugly story...
ATK has changed, I'm sticking w/ you Chris
ATK is so unprofessional now
And Milk Street is so dry
They needed each other
A lot of unhealthy foods 😢
ATK has found its soul without this narcissist.
@@aragregorian6039 ATK turned into a Rachel Ray level embarrassment
You are a funny one Mike. Don't lose the humour.
Looks yummy
nice! Geppetto
Ok, I know that this has probably been said before, but: I LOVE that her name is Rosemary and she's on a cooking show!!! 🎉😅😊

We Mexicans in Mexico haven't ever heard of a plate named chilehou.
Chile-ah-cho , yes.
😮 I wanted to find this video, and I did without searching 😳
First time using Phyllo dough
He forgot to go mmmmmmm when he tasted the sandwich, or the dreaded oh ho ho ho.
That's a dreaded oh ho ho ho from Julia, right?
@@geezermann7865 LOL you guessed it! 🤣
Your program is wholly meat centric , and butter, butter, and cream….its time you wake up to the new era of better food for the planet…forget the meat
Would love to see more veggies without cheese or eggs!

Still still have to complete in tie oven whats the point of stove top

I beg to differ on your comment "all veggies are starchy", no even remotely true
...'bout time...our addiction to meat is destroying the planet. Love the cauliflower roast! Yum!
whats the. point of vegies when you add so much fat to it? best not to eat it at all if that's the case

Ahh come on...tell us HOW YOU REALLY FEEL😀
I definitely miss her!
Perhaps the new cooks will read this and you’ll have ruined their day. Well done.

I miss Josh Mamaclay. I made a drinking game of whenever he said "throw"
