That is correct allegedly Oak Ridge Waste is controlled by the Westside.. Originally the companies were AWD & White Bros until the owner James Galante , Ex Waterbury Mayor Joe Santopietro and Matty The Horse Ianniello were indicted in 2004-05. I believe they are now with Conrad Ianniello captain with the Westside (allegedly).

I think he's retired, but as he's never really charged with anything, his company may have been "sold" to another Outfit guy.
