    How would you go about doing an animation if you have setup your lights for a still? Would you also have to rotate some lights in the animation to keep a certain look that you had for the still?

      You can learn both. I would say Cinema4D is more user/beginner-friendly.

      @@nikita.kapustin I was a professional modeller and renderer for years with Cinema4D. Now I have retired I find C4D too expensive.

    Just interesting, did you switch c4d for blender or you still use c4d?
