They gave us a warning here that says: "this season contains depressed storms" by just putting 98B there.
Well now we know even storms can be depressed sometimes

@@unmesh_mahajan ECMWF model is consistent with its forecast of ATLEAST one cyclone in the Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal.
Remains to be seen if that SECOND cyclone can form or not

As IMD uses 3 minute wind estimate instead of 1 minute
The IMD sucks at detecting storms
My opinion on agencys:
NHC > PAGASA > JTWC > JMA > IMD
This is probably the worst season since like 70 years ago. I mean there was only one category one.
