    Having a good PR with sleek communication allows for the possibility to set standards whether they are true or not. It seems that an important task for the NS communication department is to keep spreading buzz about the importance to tackle graffiti. As Bill Gates once said; “If I was down to my last dollar, I would spend it on PR”. For a company with a turnover of 6,4 billion euros (of which 335 million net cash flow) in 2021 it appears that every last dollar will go to their anti-graffiti PR strategy.
    With current (global) issues we all have to face, one can ask oneself if graffiti really is a significant problem. Fortunately, a new and less conservative generation is growing up to rule the world. It is natural to question why, and what these relatively old fashioned standards represent.
    Here are some articles and insights from our own Ontrack PR department. This represents just as much, how NS would call it “the travelers opinion”, of course combined with our own biased opinion.
