  • Hi gang…Roz is out Christmas shopping today so I thought I’d take the opportunity of reviewing this fantastic wireless receiver and transmitter system that has been brilliant for me over the last few months since I bought them. I was always standing or tripping over my uke lead whilst gigging which was not only annoying ( and stopped me jumping around whilst performing ) but also expensive as the stepped on leads got damaged and needed replacing…😖
I’d read about wireless systems but was put off by the costs until I came across these beauties ( Ammoon A8 )….anything this cheap was bound to be rubbish and not work but…hey ho I gave it a go and have never looked back!🤪
They are easy to set up for even a technophobe like me, easy to charge and use and are very reliable ( my main concern ) and have never let me down so I can only hope you look into them and give yourself some freedom whilst playing…👍☺️🎶👌
As I’ve said I’ve not been sponsored by Ammoon or anyone but just wanted to share a piece of good news and hope you look into them if you have the same trouble as myself.
Why not become a Patreon?...please click link below for membership details..thank you..👍

Anyways…I’ll have Roz back with me on Friday for more favourite flavours…whey hey hey
Wishing you all the very best

What a good idea, I never wanted to use amps because of the strings and I know myself, I would end up getting tangled up in them😅 now I'm going to try it and I'm going to need a uke with a pick-up 😁 thanks a lot!

Hi Bob ... aren't they just great!....so much freedom now while performing is priceless. I did think about wireless mic(s) for the group but I've found ( up till now ) that you have to sing very close to them whereas my Stagg dynamic mics are still good at picking up over a foot away which is what I prefer and great for our Eagle Ukes group as well.....but I do keep looking....👍😊🎶🎵

I've had this Ammoon A8 wireless guitar system for a few years. Believe me, it's dam good! It's trouble free and reliable. I don't gig, it's for in home use only. I go across the basement time to time, it never cuts out. It is as true as a cable connection as far as sound comparison goes. It's easy to switch around between various guitars and or amps as is a cable. I don't use a cable between guitar and amp anymore. The A8 means one less big wire underfoot. That's a big deal!!

Thanks for the video. I run a ukulele group in Sheffield and we are totally acoustic but I’ve been toying with the idea of introducing am amp for playing leads as acoustic leads can be drowned out by strumming ukes. I think for the cost it’ll be worth a punt.

Hi! Thank you for such awesome videos Graham.
I have an acoustic guitar (Martin) but his receiver makes several noises when I connect it. In the end it works well but if I slightly move the sound is cutting out and it looks like the receiver Jack don’t fit too well on the guitar. Any tips perhaps ?

@@EagleUkes i think they might of changed the antennas in them on my pair that had buzz i noticed that if i held the transmitter at the bottom the buzz would disappear so i opened it up antenna is just a coiled piece of wire assuming it copper cut a notch and pulled the wire out leaving it exposed and did the same on the receiver no more buzz so something it up with the antennas in them went ahead and ordered an expensive pair will keep these around as a back up since now that the antennas are exposed the work fine idk if you understand how antennas work but if you have a screw off one on your car and you unscrew it and you touch the part where the antenna screws on you can become the antenna so by me placing my hand where the antenna is located on the transmitter receiver i acted as the antenna boosting the signal and making it clearer
