    This guy seriously knows his stuff. A lot of top streamers trust him with their streams/setups for a reason (including myself). This information is SO incredibly valuable and is the "secret sauce" for a lot of creators. Be sure to drop a sub here and check Art out on Twitch because this he's the real deal. He was also a videographer on Better Call Saul so that's pretty dope too.

    Seriously huge W of a video, been streaming on and off for a while and watched many videos on settings and thought I had my settings dialed in. But your explanations of every aspect are extremely clear. I ended up making 4-5 changes to my settings.

    Have a like, a subscribe and a comment - this video solved all my issues for streaming on Twitch! I use Streamlabs but most of it is 'translatable'. Had literally searched for HOURS and tested dozens of different settings but my VODS still sounded as if I was underwater or muffled and had some issues with the video quality. Everything was explained so clearly, so thanks oh so very much! I really appreciate it!

      Also, I am curious if you have any thoughts on "Enable Preview" being on or off, I've seen people say it helps prevent encoding overloading on single pcs. Not sure if that is true or not

    Thanks for the video, this helped me out a ton! After watching this I switched over to NVENC as I only have a 6 core processor, the gameplay on my stream looks remarkable. However, I have noticed the webcam quality has suffered like you mentioned. It only seems to happen when there is a lot going on in game. Is there anything that could help improve this? Thanks again!

    Would anyone know why my twitch stream looks so pixilated even though I have the max stream settings at 1080p? I have a 4090 GPU. I don’t get any encoding overloaded issues. I’ve had one viewer tell me that the stream freezes sometimes when I’m on 8k bitrate but I never had issues in OBS.
    But when I stream on RUclips, it looks perfectly fine

    NVEC just doesn't look as smooth as CPU encoding. I have a 4070, so I thought it would make sense to use NVEC while playing Helldivers 2, but it looks a bit jaggy and not as smooth as my CPU encoded footage. Although, the CPU encoded footage encountered some areas in intense combat where it would start to get blocky. Trying to bridge the gap for smoothness, and crisp image quality at 1080p 60. I have a R7 5800FX3D CPU and 32GB of RAM. Gaming from an Intel NVME drive as well. Maybe someone can suggest some settings to use?

    Streaming and recording on a single PC w/ 3080, Warzone 2 mainly. While streaming, I get only the decreased frames, but once I start recording (on actually similar CQP settings), I experience frames drop every few seconds (e.g., from 150 down to below 100 sometimes). Also, there is input lag, or so I think.
    Any tips for dealing with the effect of recording via OBS I get? Or maybe alternatives? Bandicam is even worse, sadly. Tried it to...

    What is the best output settings for an affiliate? I used to run 936p 6000 bitrate, but some viewers don't have good internet to load my livestreams on Twitch. For that reason, I dropped to 720p 4500 bitrate and seem to be better even though my internet is good. I have an Elgato HD60S so it makes my 1440p monitor 1080p when playing if that helps any!

    • @ArtisWar
      @ArtisWar  Год назад

      I just helped a client with a dual PC 1080p cap card work around so that's another vid concept! Thank you! 6k 936p should be fine for affiliate. If you want the most ubiquitous viewing experience, you can give 720p 5500k a go.

    • @plmason12

      @@ArtisWar yes, do one for us capture card single PC guys lol! This video explained a ton though. I tried 7-7.5k bitrate, but had issues and was in the red. 6k is the sweet spot. But wouldn’t some mobile viewers not be able to watch if your bitrate and quality is too high?

    Use one pc stream, 1440p monitor and want to stream on 1080 twitch.
    When i use base 1440p, output 1080p the game (warzone) have micro stuttering in game.
    Also when i use base&output 1440p and rescale to 1080p - same stuttering.
    But, When i use base 1080p, output 1080p and resize the preview canvas it’s the only way i can fix the micro stutter in game.
    Do you have any recommendation ?
    Btw, i update today to windows version 22h2 from 21h2, didn’t check if it’s fix the problem yet.

    would a 2080ti and i9 9900k stream pc be best to use x264 or nvenc? my stream seems to look choppy or framey but my cpu limit doesnt go over 30 % and no frame drops in obs (might be my internet, only 40 upload)

    • @ArtisWar
      @ArtisWar  Год назад

      Help > Logs in OBS and upload that to OBS's analyzer tool online! 9900k is just on the edge of usable and it depends on what game and overlays. That 2080ti is a best tho.

      @@ArtisWar Oh thanks for that! I wonder if Quick Sync is worth it with Intel 13th gen vs NVENC's NVIDIA since the difference isn't that big. Personally, I use 13700K and 3070 Ti and if I'd want to stream of that same PC, you'd think the NVENC would still be the better option for me? My monitor is 1440p (if it matters at all since I'm more GPU bound than CPU bound). I play PUBG + WZ2.0
