My C0R0 Xilonen, C1R0 Furina, C6 Bennett, C6 Ningguang on her burst deal 50k/shard and 100k/skill with skyward atlas+Hunter set on first half on 12-3. Yes my Ningguang burst talent is 13 and urs is 10 but my Xilonen skill is still at lvl 8 and without her sig, C2+Sig = 75 % dmg bonus so your Ning should still deal more dmg by some margin. Well anyway it is still nice to see that Geo keep getting buff and sidegrade, I've been a long time Noelle and Ningguang fan so Xilonen is a huge W. Sadly I can't afford her C2, hopefully I can get it by her rerun in probably 5.5/5.6

She got a buff from Navia, too. Now that Xilonen is out Ningguang is in even more teams. Very excited.

Yeah I seen someone with a C0 Xilonen have similar numbers to this
She is lv80, and her skills are not maxed out.
