I was so ridiculously good at these games. This, Amplitude (only person I know to beat insane mode), Tekken 3 (and not with that dumbass OP Eddy Gordo), and Tetris Attacks are the only games on console where I’m unbeaten even today when I play for kicks. For arcade MK I, II, and III, I was on the top of every machine at our (what used to be our bombass 24/7) arcade when I was 15-16. It was great because my name is three letters, so they were all topped off with my full name. I’m really good at other games, but these four I could probably hit leaderboards on something if there were such a thing. I really love rhythm games and fighting games. I don’t play competitively anymore, but those were the days. My band would consistently hit over 1 million point on the old Rock Band games too (I could play drums, and I could also, separately, sing and play the guitar at the same time, however, I’m a drummer irl, so it’s kinda “cheating”). That’s actually a really good game to play if you’d like to learn how to play the drums. I would not say the guitar gives any sort of skill on the real thing, but the drums definitely do. This was one of my favorite songs on DJ Hero-it’s very nostalgic for me. I was always on my 60GB PS3. LMAO
