Girl I have not done this in forever. This makes me want to do something with my hair. Love that it comes with gloves. Your doing a good job at sectioning our your hair. Oh no....... that is a bummer you did not get the results you wanted.
It actually did remove the color, I just couldn’t tell while my hair was wet🤣.. so my hair is brown now not red.🤗 I appreciate you so much for watching & catching with some of my videos Cait!🙌🏽😍

Aww I’m glad that it worked! But rinsing for 20 mins, I don’t think that I could do it lol. My shampoo routine including conditioner and the rinse is about 15 mins!! But your hair is beautiful ❤️

I want to get rid of the black and brown I've dyed over the years. But I wasn't prepared to put it on my afro hair until someone else was the guinea pig 😭🤣

You can leave it for 30 minutes. But for better results they always suggest to leave it in for 40-60 / to an hour.

Hi I'm late to the party I know, but better late than never 🤪. Firstly let me just say, the colour it stripped your hair to is beautiful. The smell is horrible, it had my whole house smelling of the stuff when I did mine and my husband and son was asking me how long do I have to keep it in for lol. I stayed in my bathroom the whole time!! Then when I rinsed it out it still stunk lol. I didn't wash my hair for 3 days with my shampoo and conditioner as I heard to leave the hair so it can 'process ' that's not the right word I don't think but it's close to it lol. The one I used is called 'Rewind ' don't know if you've heard of it but it worked for me. I bought 2 because it was 2 for £12 in my local beauty store (Superdrugs) for those in the UK! I still have 1 box left incase I need to lift my hair again in the future. I've got my hair dye but haven't gotten round to doing it yet lol. Hey Cherie! I love hair color videos. So I've heard that so many things about this color remover, number 1 that it stinks! And then people have a tough time actually removing the color with it, then that it can be drying ...in suspense waiting to see what you do next with it!

I dyed my hair burgundy using L’Oréal high color then a few months later I dyed it jet black using dark and lovely. My natural hair is like a dark brown. Do you think this product will help me get it back to that color? I also wanna dye my hair a light Carmel brown

Hi ! I was wondering if you are supposed to wait a couple days after washing your hair before using colour oops or if you can do it the day after washing or same day? What did you do? :)
You are supposed to use it on clean hair so same day after you wash or the day after. Don’t use it on dirty hair or else it won’t work.

Just curious...Was your hair lightened or bleached before the red?

I hated the way my hair looked when the brown faded and my black roots grew in. It looked green. I think this product is for if you dyed your hair darker and wanted to lift the darker color to return to light. It’s not going to lift the lighter color. That can’t be done. You’ll have to dye it dark boo. I’m tickled at everyone telling you that your hair stinks
Yes, I don’t know why I kept saying lighter 🤦🏽♀️😂. I guess from the videos I watched..those people had bleached hair underneath their color so it definitely looked lighter after their color was removed. But I removed the red color because I’m going lighter!🤗 You can’t dye a lighter color over a darker dyed color(at least from what I have learned lol I’m still learning!) I used blonde dye on my natural 4c hair bt now i wanna relax my hair but im scared to do so since my hair might all fall out can i use this color remover then relax my hair?
I would say it depends on how long ago you dyed your hair before perming your hair. And I don’t think removing the color first would be necessary. But I do recommend googling about it or if you can, looking up the color oops product details and warnings. I hope this will help you out some🙌🏽.

its horrible my hair is fried orange now. It's a total disaster. Totally dry. Not safe. A total nightmare.
I didn’t experience what you did until I proceeded to box dye bleach my hair a lighter blonde. And then all the problems slowly came.

It didn’t work at all
It removed the red and left my hair dark brown. But I didn’t know at the time that it only removes the color put in your hair and it doesn’t strip your natural color as well. I was looking for a blonde color and I never started with blonde hair before the red so I wasn’t going to get blonde color results after removing the red.

I ended up using one box(with me not removing color an inch away from my roots), if you have a lot more hair then yes girl two boxes!💁🏽♀️ lol.

It looks the same as before. Total failure.
It does look the same, it did do what’s it supposed to do... it actually removed all the red from my hair and left it all brown. This product is mainly for people who have bleached/ or dye their hair blonde AND have color on top of their blonde hair. My hair wasn’t bleached or dyed blonde so that’s why I didn’t think it worked. Hope that helps you ! 😀
