Good stealth but I personally don't like this game. It's too easy even on hard and enemy ai is brain dead

Yeah, it's also the reason I am not really excited to go back after the 1st playthrough. There is no challenge really and from the start you are a Doom guy against mentally handicapped hospital patients.
