A little info to anyone who is like “how do they not know it’s Chuuya yet”: Atsushi and Chuuya haven’t (so far) had a face to face interaction in the main series and neither have Chuuya and Kunikida. Also, the agency as a whole only recently even learned that Dazai was ever in the mafia, Kunikida having found out as late as book 8. They would have no logical reason to suspect Chuuya (not that the agency uses logic all that often), especially because Dazai is purposefully trying to throw them off.
