No doubt that some of these videos have interviewees that are rehearsed i.e. given the case in advance. However, good interviewees more closely resemble the candidates that you are calling rehearsed. This interviewee needs to do a lot more work to get better at structuring the problem, deriving insights from the data, and communicating them effectively to the interviewer.
The training session as well as the topic of interview was very good. I am sorry to say a very small thing here, which in only to further raise the standard of your platform. We normally do not use aircrafts, singular and plural both are referred to as aircraft. I hope I am not sounding rude, if it is then my apologies.
