Deodorant, wet wipes (can wipe sweat), toothbrush and toothpaste, toothpicks, napkins or Kleenex, sunscreen, pain relief for headaches, pimple cream, cologne, a small gym towel, extra underwear/boxers, gum, cough drops, small first aid kit…
There’s actually a lot of things guys could use too, if you believe he’s mature enough then maybe a pocket knife and one of the screwdriver sets that has multiple attachments.

I have a phobia of blood and i got my first period a month ago. I had a panic attack when i found out and woke up the whole house screaming. Honestly I understand how Biggy feels about maybe being uncomfy with this sorta stuff but I feel like he needs to get used to it. Respectfully he's 15 now and I understand he doesn't like it but he also has to think about the fact that if he gets a girlfriend one day or a wife he's gonna have to deal with this stuff. I get it's weird for most guys but I feel like he should be more understanding about it. ( This is just my opinion it's fine if you don't agree with me ! ) ... ( Also I do really recommend period underwear to girls/woman who are maybe to scared to wear pads or tampons. They work really well and you don't leak really bad. Just remember to wash them frequently or there will be a weird smell. )
