I have tried EVERY ABC recipe I could find and mine never turns out as firm and beautiful as Jane's! It must be that I do something wrong. I can never pipe flowers like this with ABC...
I make my buttercream at the beginning of the week! Then cover with clingfilm and then pop in the fridge! I then take out what I need to pipe the flowers I’m about to pipe and blast it in the microwave for 5 second spurts! It’s like velvet!
