- Mad adventure with some mates at my first Bando and Sandon Point near Bulli (South of Sydney). Same sort of edit at my last video, going for a theme of cinematic flying that matches to songs I pick before flying. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Note, loads of Jello in this one. New motor bells on the way but I wasn't going to can the whole thing just from having vibes.

Awesome spot I always fly my mavic at the bridge there IV just started flying acro and already Broken two frames a chameleon and a Martian 3 😥 now the waiting game for replacement parts
+Aussie drone ooft. Well at least the chameleon has warranty! Yeah breakages reduce over time. Keep at it!
SteveK yeah I bought a new main plate while I wait for the warranty to go through also my my back up quad frame will be arriving next week yeah won't be giving this hobby up I want to be better than you one bay lol

Steve, I'm so impressed with your flying. You only started 12 months ago, crazy. I'm trying to get as much practice in with my X220S but blew my FC after 2 flights from some freshly cut wet grass :( Could you tell me how much flight time you get with those Infinity 1300 90c batteries? I have the 1500 70c and I'm getting around 3.5 to 4 min. I'm wondering if I should just jump to the 1300 90C.
+Zuldan FPV thanks! I'm actually using the Infinity 1550mah RS square packs now. Though 3.5 to 4 minutes is about right! The 1300 90c are better for racing because you're pulling current hard the whole time. For freestyle I like the 1550 alot. I use a lot of throttle with my large power loops but can get up to 5 minutes if I'm just chilling. Bummer about the fc. Lucky they're fairly cheap! Im actually using that fc in 3 of the 4 of my quads now. It's quite good
SteveK I've ordered another 2x F4's. Hopefully should arrive next week. How are you learning the moves, do you watch someone do it on RUclips and then practice? Or is it just a natural progression because you've become familiar with how the quad flies?
+Zuldan FPV yeah mostly natural. The only thing I've specifically practised in Liftoff is mattyflips to start with. Saved burying my quad into the ground at full throttle haha. I try to just fly naturally and see what I feel like doing as I get used to an area, if that makes sense.
SteveK Ok great. Yep makes perfect sense. I practiced in FPV Freerider for 3 weeks, when I flew the X220S for the first time it felt almost identical. Hopefully saved myself a lot of first time crashes, I'm sure there are plenty more to come in the future. If I can get to your skill level in 12 months I'll be over the moon. I love this hobby, I'm hooked. Thanks for all the info.
SteveK, I really hate to trouble you with another question. I will owe you a beer, give me a shout if you're ever up in Brisbane. I'm on my second dead X220S 4 in 1 ESC board. I've decided to purchase another brand ESC instead of going with the original one. The Spedix IS30 has a 7 pin JST and the Omnibus F4 v3 has a 6 pin JST for 4 in 1 boards, so did you solder wires from the JST cable of the Spedix IS30 directly to the FC? Any information would be greatly appreciated. If you prefer me to contact you a different way, I'm more than happy to.

Haha I'm sure it's not that different :) I do a fair bit of post work in Premiere to get things looking a bit more impactful. Glad you enjoyed the vid. This is one of my favs
