Question, should you hear a ticking sound in the interior coming from the engine? I know ls3 engines are very noisy ones naturally but not sure if that specific is supposed to be headed from the cockpit or not
Ls3's are very noisy engines, and C6 Vettes are notorious for their excessive noise due to the cheap GM plastics for the interior. If your car is running good, and you haven't been slacking on your engine maintenance, I wouldn't worry at all. Ls3's are bullet proof.

I've been drooling over myself like a Parkinson's degenerate since the beginning, waiting for the moment when you give us a decent acceleration. You barely got past 5000 rpm out of the 7000 rpm counter during the 11 minutes of video. Sorry but I'm disappointed. These are cars that give you crazy sensations even through the video, I felt like I was the driver. But one thing is for sure, if I was driving I wouldn't have stayed as wise as the guy driving in the video, that's for sure.

At first I thought the same, but after sitting down in it and driving it as my daily it’s not too bad. The smile it puts on your face helps.
At least the nonexistent digital gauge cluster break and leave you without RPM or speedo like in the new C8

How many miles on this one? The interior is pretty noisy, otherwise looks and drives quite nice.
About 24k. Most of the noise comes from the top and doors.

Mine always had the ticking audible especially in 3rd gear around 1500-1700 rpm. From what I have deduced it’s nothing to worry about.
Depends on what exactly the tick sounds like. LS3s make a lot of noise.
