I really love this piano version itself, this cover and english cover with it. It makes the song better, more serious and sadder (but they also sound good when you change the speed to faster, they’re just better than original)

Not a problem at all. It was a simple little piano arrangement like yours, with a series of time-lapsed landscape shots panning up to a shining little car.
I think I just found it again, and it was a commercial for the Toyota Aqua. That arrangement was faster than I remember, but I like your more relaxed take better.
