Hey Linda, the main way is from buying weekly chestnut pack (only for VIP9 and above) and by trying to unlock as many stores as possible in Endorsement Queen so you have more income for coins. Every 50 coins will be converted into 1 chestnut 🌰 :)

But it doesn't matter which one you buy, they will all accumulate over time.. and when you hit a certain amount, you will level from from Lv 1 onwards...
