In law paper i wrote 3 page question and i got only 2 marks and in a question of partnership i didn't wrote anything i just mentioned the partnership act name and literally wrote nothing because of short of time and I scored 3 marks
So tell me how can i telll that its my mistake, icai giving 3 marks for 2 line answer and giving 2 marks for 3 page
It is frustrating that i didn't pass my in first attempt

Maine apne CA foundation 2nd attempt me clear kiya tha. Mjhe CA ke baare me tb jyada kch pta nhi tha, jb maine phla attempt diya tha tab First paper i.e Accounts ka paper postponed ho gya tha aur hamne phla paper Law ka diya tha. 2nd attempt ke time pe maine ye dyan nhi rakha aur Accounts ke paper ke din Law padh kr chala gya tha. Center pe jaa kr pta chala ki us din to Accounts ka paper hai, meri fat gyi thi thodi der ke liye but maine Accounts me bht practice kr rakhi thi to maine socha ki theek hai koi nhi Practice to bht kr rakhi hai, last time Module(ICAI portal se) se kch dekh lu jo mkhe doubtful lagta tha practice ke time pe. Yakeen karna muskil hai but us paper me sbse jyada marks aaye the mere 67, ek 10 number ka Income & Expenditure waale question me Balance Sheet match ho gya tha with saare Working notes plus Shares waala question me bhi Working Notes aache se likh ke aaya tha, wo bhi Module waala nahi but Anand sir ka alag sa Working Note tha jo conceptual tha. Inter me bhi Accounts me 65 aaye the, usme bhi Single Entry waala question ka balance sheet match ho gya tha. Working Notes & Notes to Account sb shi se likhne pe marks pakka aate hai. Log aise hi ICAI ko sunate hai.

truly said sir, it's our mistake. Agreed after seeing UNSUCESSFULL on the result. BUT if i say about law, I genuinely say ICAI did wrong. I've got 46 marks which i don't deserve, I deserve 55 something, as I've written all sections and provisions same.
