clexastein Im at the pool all summer. 6 days a week, 7-9 waterpolo practises 10-11 babysitting , 5 days a week , 12-2 swim team 4 times a week and the rest im either sleeping or eating. And 3 games a week for waterpolo, 2 hours each in the water almost the whole game, and 2 swim meets a week 2 hours each. And i am a 12 year old girl, i am a MVP in every team im on. And i play 16 and under waterpolo , and those girls kick your ass untill you cant breath.

Why isn't defense pressing, doesn't look like a 6 on 5, can anyone explain this to me? Because in high school right now scoring is really hard when defense is always pressing on you, but it doesn't look like that here...

That's because at the higher levels the can play with the press easily so a zone is a much more effective defense. The offense can get high out of the water and simply tip the ball in, so the press defense doesn't work as well.

perfumeorpoison when a team has a really good set player, or if your hole set defender isn't fronting, you need a drop or else the hole d will get messed up. you'll notice in higher level games like the olympics, if the ball goes into set, the refs will call a fast ejection on the hole d. plus, some coaches trust their goalie more to block an outside shot rather than a shot from set.
