Anyone suffering with death anxiety, I also did. I thought it wouldn’t end, it it almost doesn’t. It’s a scary thought. It will always come back. I’m not gonna lie to you like all the others that are like “oh yeah you’ll get over it 🙄“ those people never felt what it’s like. But you do heal. It hard to not think about the future because of where we are in this world. Believe me, it’s awful. Just try to live in the moment. Also listening to songs help ALOT. You got this, I love you to pieces!
