I have problem with pairing my wm03. Only one is able to connect to the device. Say the right connect to the laptop and the left connect to the phone but both cant connect to the same device together. How to fix this?
Did you try to do the factory reset by pressing the button at the back of the charging case?

Try to drain the earbud battery until 0% and then recharge back to 100%
Hopefully this will resolve the issue
Is it bad that my left earbud is blinking instead of the right one?

then my buds (WM03) are detected to be 2 different devices. so how do I pair my two buds again
Factory reset for WM03
1) Switch off the bluetooth on your phone or laptop or PC
2) Open the wm03 charging case lid
3) Press the button next to the charging port at the back of the case and hold it for 5 seconds
- the ring led light on both earbuds will flash white colour for 3 times
- and then stay solid for 1 second
- after that the lights will go off
4) Factory reset is successful
Try the bluetooth pairing again
