They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

You can add the battery widget from the Home Screen 😊 1) Tab and hold on an empty space in your iphone Home Screen for about 3-seconds 2) you will see all the app icons wiggle a bit and a (-) icon will appear above each app 3) look up to the top of your screen and you will see two icons. To the left you will see a (+) sign To the right you will see a DONE icon 4) click on the (+) and it will bring up the “Widgets” menu 5) scroll through the options until you see “batteries” 6) tap on “batteries” and a separate menu will pop up for you to choose the type of battery display. There are 3 types. For me… i select the 2nd option 7) tap on the option you wan and drag it to the home screen and place it wherever you like DONE!!!!!!

Yes you are half right :) When the case is close to zero battery, the red led light will pulse (but it is hard to catch) So…. I do recommend you to recharge the case once every 1-2 weeks (depending on your usage)

Its really up to you :) if you’re not putting back to their “home”… just remember to power them off when not using because they don’t have auto power off function

When i listen to certain music… there is some hissing or rattling sound in the background. But if it is static… try to do a factory reset If the problem is still there, contact the reseller for a possible replacement
Usually the battery will drain faster on the master earbud. If battery drain is too fast, try to do a factory reset and monitor again Recharging the earbuds from 0-100 takes around 1 hour, not a few seconds. Actually… the battery drain is very very slow… but if there is a huge battery drain There are a few ways you can try 1) Try to drain out the battery within the earbuds completely till 0 and recharge again back to 100% 2) try to do a factory reset 3) Try not to put your earbuds & casing next to items which are high in temperature or gives out strong electro magnetic fielda If all methods fail… contact the seller for a possible replacement

Good question 👍 put the earphones inside the charging case. If there is battery inside the case, it will automatically start charging the earphones. If not… charging the case with the earphones inside will simply charge up everything 😊

Hi! I just got mine yesterday and the first time I used it, it was perfectly fine. But then the left one does not produce any sound. I tried doing the reset step, but it still does not work. When it does, both the left and right will produce sound, bur after a few minutes, it will beep and the left one won't produce any more sound.
Make sure all bluetooth pairing are off Next Try to take out both earbuds from the case at the same time. And then double tap on the touch area of both earbuds at the same time. Wait for a few seconds and then put both earbuds back into the case Close the lid. 10seconds later, take out the right side and then the left side. Retry BT pairing
The mic do work on both earbuds at the same time but when you use it with apps and software… the sound will become “mono” or “single channel” to the listener
Each time you take the earbuds out from the charging case, It should reconnect with the same phone immediately (of course, you need to switch on the bluetooth on your phone first ☺️)

If there is that “tenenenenen” sound… which happened to me with the WM01 PLUS… it means there is a manufacturing fault with the earbuds Contact the seller to get a possible replacement

You need to do the factory reset one earbud at a time. And remember to remove all the bluetooth pairing first Sometimes need to try a few times before it works

Try factory reset Otherwise, drain the battery in both earbuds completely down to 0% and recharge them back to full 100% Anyway… it is very normal for one earbud to lose battery slightly faster

Older and low-cost wireless earbuds do not come with "Find my earphone" feature, neither does it allows you to re-do the pairing with a new WM01 earphone. My best advice is to get a new set. Maybe the newer WM02 or WM03.
Good question! The Casing provides an additional 15 hours of usage. So it largely depends on your usage. So if you use 3 hours per day… maybe you need to recharge the case every 5-6 days
since the earbuds are in-ear designed with silicon seal tip, when you put them on, they provide some levels of passive noise reductions. But they do not have active noise cancellation
Do the following for WM02 factory reset 1) make sure the earbuds are in the charging case and the lid is closed 2) remove the Bluetooth pairing 3) open the lid and take out both earbuds 4) tap 3x on the left OR right earbud. The led ring light on both earbuds will flash white 3 times. This means reset is completed 5) put both earbuds back into the case and close the lid 6) wait for 20 seconds and then re-do the bluetooth pairing
Well firstly we need to understand Where does the sound stuttering happens? Does it happen in specific places? If it happens, does it only happens for 1-2 seconds? And then it is back to normal? Before we do the reset As this sound stuttering also happen to my other more expensive earbuds like sony, jabra and apple
@@JonnyZhu apparently, this happens whenever im listening to loud noises (shouting, high frequency songs, but sometimes this frequently happens randomly. it stops for a second or two, then goes to normal. this happens quite often. i take care of my earphones very carefully and gently, so most likely not because of the material, but i'm not sure.
I see. So I reckon this stuttering doesn’t happen with other songs which don’t have shouting etc? I presume this might be a limitation on the audio driver itself, not being able to handle such sounds properly.
@@JonnyZhu yes, however the stutter have some difference, when i'm listening to loud noises the stuttering is like buzzing sound. but sometimes the random stuttering is the audio being stopped for a second or two, then the audio continues.
Hey there! Oh yes they are!!! I tested the WM01 pretty extensively with Online classes, meetings etc The microphone is pretty good. It picks out my voice quite well. Plus the design is really small & cute 🥰

I did all steps but it didn't worked, I then tried restarting my cp with the earbud connected then it worked. Hope this helps

Hello, Can I ask How to fix my Left earbud it has a sound of beeping every after 3seconds even if it is connected to my phone. It's annoying when I play music it keeps on stop because of the beeping sound in the left earbud. Thank You ☺️

Does anyone else experience power draining even without using? My left earbud always gets drained for no reason but the right one works perfectly.
Actually… the battery drain is very very slow… but if there is a huge battery drain
There are a few ways you can try
1) Try to drain out the battery within the earbuds completely till 0 and recharge again back to 100%
2) try to do a factory reset
3) Try not to put your earbuds & casing next to items which are high in temperature or gives out strong electro magnetic fielda
If all methods fail… contact the seller for a possible replacement

Good question 👍 put the earphones inside the charging case. If there is battery inside the case, it will automatically start charging the earphones.
If not… charging the case with the earphones inside will simply charge up everything 😊
@@JonnyZhu so basically the case is like a power bank. It contains energy/battery inside. So when you place earbuds inside the case it will automatically charge even without the plug. Did I get that right?

You can charge the case without the earbuds ☺️ long term…. So far i have no issues after 1 year
Hi! I just got mine yesterday and the first time I used it, it was perfectly fine. But then the left one does not produce any sound. I tried doing the reset step, but it still does not work. When it does, both the left and right will produce sound, bur after a few minutes, it will beep and the left one won't produce any more sound.

Make sure all bluetooth pairing are off
Next Try to take out both earbuds from the case at the same time.
And then double tap on the touch area of both earbuds at the same time.
Wait for a few seconds and then put both earbuds back into the case
Close the lid.
10seconds later, take out the right side and then the left side.
Retry BT pairing

The mic do work on both earbuds at the same time but when you use it with apps and software… the sound will become “mono” or “single channel” to the listener
after it has been paired with a phone, does it connect instantly next time? or do I have to go to Bluetooth settings and connect them again?
Each time you take the earbuds out from the charging case, It should reconnect with the same phone immediately (of course, you need to switch on the bluetooth on your phone first ☺️)

If there is that “tenenenenen” sound… which happened to me with the WM01 PLUS… it means there is a manufacturing fault with the earbuds

still cant do it. when i try to pair it, it shows “make sure your device is turned on, in range, and ready to pair.” even though i already took the buds out
Try to do a factory reset to your earbuds first and then do the Bluetooth pairing. Make sure other bluetooth devices are switched off

You need to do the factory reset one earbud at a time. And remember to remove all the bluetooth pairing first

What is the difference with the plus version besides the case?
Besides the Plus having a way bigger case, it also has a bigger battery size in the case and a dedicated LED panel to show the exact battery level

Hi, may I just ask. I lost one of my earbuds, hiwever, the case and the other earbud is still with me. What should I do? My earbuds by the way is baseus encok WMO1
Older and low-cost wireless earbuds do not come with "Find my earphone" feature, neither does it allows you to re-do the pairing with a new WM01 earphone.
My best advice is to get a new set. Maybe the newer WM02 or WM03.

When should i charge the charging case?
Good question! The Casing provides an additional 15 hours of usage. So it largely depends on your usage.
So if you use 3 hours per day… maybe you need to recharge the case every 5-6 days

since the earbuds are in-ear designed with silicon seal tip, when you put them on, they provide some levels of passive noise reductions.
But they do not have active noise cancellation
Do this to wm02 too!! right side earbud isn't working with my mb air :
Do the following for WM02 factory reset
1) make sure the earbuds are in the charging case and the lid is closed
2) remove the Bluetooth pairing
3) open the lid and take out both earbuds
4) tap 3x on the left OR right earbud. The led ring light on both earbuds will flash white 3 times.
This means reset is completed
5) put both earbuds back into the case and close the lid
6) wait for 20 seconds and then re-do the bluetooth pairing
my baseus wm02 is stuttering, does reset pairing fix this problem?
Well firstly we need to understand Where does the sound stuttering happens? Does it happen in specific places?
If it happens, does it only happens for 1-2 seconds? And then it is back to normal?

As this sound stuttering also happen to my other more expensive earbuds like sony, jabra and apple
@@JonnyZhu apparently, this happens whenever im listening to loud noises (shouting, high frequency songs, but sometimes this frequently happens randomly. it stops for a second or two, then goes to normal. this happens quite often. i take care of my earphones very carefully and gently, so most likely not because of the material, but i'm not sure.
I see. So I reckon this stuttering doesn’t happen with other songs which don’t have shouting etc?
I presume this might be a limitation on the audio driver itself, not being able to handle such sounds properly.
@@JonnyZhu yes, however the stutter have some difference, when i'm listening to loud noises the stuttering is like buzzing sound. but sometimes the random stuttering is the audio being stopped for a second or two, then the audio continues.
