      single leg squat? how whould one even set that up without the one roll that u use all the time, and why that over the other non signle leg squats, have been wondering about that for a long time

    Whats a good resting heart rate for these sports in your opinion?

      @@GarageStrength you cant be serious. i respect your coaching but i mean elite cyclists barely reach these resting heart rates, i doubt any wrestler or other combat athlete has that kind of cardiovascular specific conditioning to be sitting around that territory

      i would say aslong as the heart rate is anywhere around 60-80 bpm, better at the lower end ofc.

      Guys, coach is spot on if you're training properly 👍 I'm a 40 year old non elite runner - my resting heart rate is 44-48. Train right, sleep right, eat right you'll be in that range ✌️
