    I like the push blocks on the back of the TC-12, in case it doesn't have enough power.
    Looks like a great show, too bad we don't go to NY any more.
    Really nice camera work!

    That kid on that blade made my day. First machine I ran was dads Allis D grader at age 12. 16 now and still obsessed

    That's my boy Jimmy Duffy on "Erug" our Cat D8-2U and Cat 435-F towed scraper.
    And me on "Big Red" our International Harvester TD-24-241. Boxing out the new roadway with the help of many others! Thanks for the video. Chum..

      Thank You. I'm glad people enjoy this video. It was fun putting it together. The road was built over the course of several days, so I kept going back to get more footage, and tried to show the progress as it went along.

    I learned pulling cable scrapers, you brake a cable on a hot humid mid 90's day and a very upset mechanic has to come out and help you fish a new cable. You learn early on to be very gentle lifting those full pans. I retired from local 234 in Desmoines Iowa with thirty years vested the last 20 of those thirty years were running escavators.

    rare euclid S7 had to be pushed but it is msall enough to use a d6c.but that ih td 18 was plenty.the tc 12 c,also rare ,two 6-71 detroit 2 ccycles

    great to see the kids on machines. I grew up the same way but nowadays if the health and safety people saw it wed be out of business. the kid on grader was doing a great job will grow up to be a great operator if he chooses too

      That's just a baby. Looks like an S12 or 14. Go look at a TS24 sometime. S32s had a 12-71 in the front.

    cat belly dump,ive never seen one,with track hoes so common today they would be good ,but end dumps have taken their place,probably because mud is hard to get out of a belly dump

    my late n=mom would have loved to watched this show. she could have set up bleachers and sold tickets at construction sites for like minded people .
