They have different jobs. Caligula has extremely powerful steroids (up to 70% Attack up and 50% Buster up on a 3 turn cooldown) while Asterios is basically a meme tank (but a really good one) who can deal damage vut that's not his job
He is in story gatcha after you clear EPU and so is Tesala after London so I'll save all my quartz and hope I will roll one of them or the non-story loked OzyManDIO
Trying to roll a 5 star from the story gacha is asking for trouble.You would be better off waiting for Christmas 2017 or New Years gacha to see if they get rate ups.
zawsze in love It's the type advantage damage. My lvl70 np5 Ushi with Waver's and Mystic Code's buff does average around 125K against Caster. Against other classes Ushi's damage kinda suck.
Ye black beards buff helps a lot since it gives both a damage boost and np damage boost stack that with her own charisma and Davids and well you got over 100% damage boost. And when Skadi comes out the quick buff is gonna take her even further.

Reagulus Sources vary. Sometimes she's a nymph or witch or what have you. I prefer the goddess variant. Makes my namesake seem even cooler.
