The days of sitting in front of a TV for hours a day isn't possible for me since I'm always traveling for my bussiness. I'm excited for all these games even if some were on their previous console.
I was confused because it said 1.11.2018 and as I am typing this it is November first and I forgot Americans did their dates backwards from what us Aussies do...

Positron it's a multiplatform remaster. Switch just acts as one of the platforms to get it. Switch is also the only one getting the inferior version locked at 30fps, while ps4 and others have it at 60fps
Additionally, I think this direct managed its time a lot better. We got around 10-13 games featured in 15 minutes, while the 8 minute direct gave us five-ish
Well, almost everyone who wanted to play Dark Souls has already done so on another platform. I already have it on Steam, for instance. Everyone I know played DS when It came out or later and are already finished with DS3. I would've been more excited if it were a trilogy collection but alas Pretty awesome for whoever hasn't played the game yet and can do so now on their Switch tho

SoW_Scout's Gaming Hub don't expect to much of a normal direct it's the same but they have one big game inside and a 5 minutes explanation of 3 important games or more

If I wasn't spoiled on the news already about Dark Souls Remastered, I would have cried tears of joy to see that sudden reveal trailer. Luckywitz mini is 15 minutes and direct is 30 minutes. I think minis are better because most directs dedicate half of their time to like, one game that no one really is too hyped over anyways.

Remember guys, those Wii U ports aren't necessarily being made for big Nintendo fans who had Wii Us. They are being made for the large amounts of people who aren't die-hard Nintendo fans and didn't get a Wii U. Also, of course they aren't going to reveal anything super big. It's not a big direct. They still have the rest of the year to show off big stuff.

Nintendo should make a port of Super Mario 3D World. All of the controls would still work, and anything compatible with tapping can still work when the Switch is in handheld mode. In my opinion, it was one of the greatest Mario 3D games, but it was on the Wii U, so it didn’t get much attention. If it were ported, I bet it would still sell well. Nintendo, please port this game to the Switch ( and if you do, maybe add in some extra content as well)!
After releasing Odyssey I highly doubt they'd do that. Super Mario 3D World is basically a gimped Odyssey with much less features and such. Don't get me wrong I loved that game but considering it's perfectly fine on the 3DS and that Odyssey is far superior I doubt they'd do it. They're only porting these Wii U games because the console itself sold horribly so most people didn't even get to try them.

Remember guys, those Wii U ports aren't necessarily being made for big Nintendo fans who had Wii Us. They are being made for the large amounts of people who aren't die-hard Nintendo fans and didn't get a Wii U. Also, of course they aren't going to reveal anything super big. It's not a big direct. They still have the rest of the year to show off big stuff.

Nintendo should make a port of Super Mario 3D World. All of the controls would still work, and anything compatible with tapping can still work when the Switch is in handheld mode. In my opinion, it was one of the greatest Mario 3D games, but it was on the Wii U, so it didn’t get much attention. If it were ported, I bet it would still sell well. Nintendo, please port this game to the Switch ( and if you do, maybe add in some extra content as well)!

3D world is probably the least-good 3D Mario, no desire to play that again
After releasing Odyssey I highly doubt they'd do that. Super Mario 3D World is basically a gimped Odyssey with much less features and such. Don't get me wrong I loved that game but considering it's perfectly fine on the 3DS and that Odyssey is far superior I doubt they'd do it. They're only porting these Wii U games because the console itself sold horribly so most people didn't even get to try them.
